Project Manager

Regional Roofing is on a mission to set a new standard in the roofing industry—and we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s not afraid to take ownership of results. This is not a cushy office gig. It’s a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you control your income by managing profitable jobs and satisfied customers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Subcontractor Sourcing & Management
Build and manage a roster of reliable roofing subcontractors
Negotiate rates, verify quality, and ensure every crew performs to Regional Roofing standards
Scheduling & Communication
Coordinate with sales reps to schedule jobs efficiently
Keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle—sales, customer, and crews
Customer Satisfaction Oversight
Be the face of the company during the build
Ensure the customer feels supported before, during, and after the project
Proactively resolve any issues and leave no detail ignored
Documentation & Quality Control
Take complete before-and-after photos for every job
Ensure project documentation is submitted in full and on time
Star Rating Collection
Guide the customer to leave an online 4- or 5-star review on Google or another major platform
Your commission depends on it—so you’ll care as much as we do
How You’ll Be Paid:
Commission is earned when the customer gives us a 4- or 5-star online review
Performance Bonuses are awarded based on the profitability of your jobs

Territory Manager – North Dallas (Frisco, TX)
Compensation: Performance-Based Only
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: North Dallas, Based in Frisco, TX
Regional Roofing is growing fast—and we need a strong Territory Manager who knows how to lead from the front, support a team in the field, and drive results that show up in black and white.
This is a performance-based position. If you’re looking for a guaranteed salary, this isn’t for you. But if you can lead, hold others accountable, and deliver results, your income will reflect that—with no cap.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Support & Oversight
Be the primary point of contact for all Sales Representatives and Project Managers in your assigned territory (Frisco/North Dallas)
Ensure your team has what they need to win—whether it’s closing deals or finishing strong on job sites
KPI Management
Track and analyze daily Key Performance Indicators for both sales and production
Identify gaps in performance and implement real-time solutions
Ensure all team members are hitting quotas and following systems
Leadership & Accountability
Lead with confidence, motivate your team, and hold them to Regional Roofing’s standards
Conduct field visits to support reps, check on jobs, and verify processes are being followed
Reporting & Communication
Report daily performance metrics directly to the COO
Provide clear, actionable updates on progress, roadblocks, and wins
What Success Looks Like:
Your reps close more jobs and your PMs complete them profitably
Your team earns consistent 4–5 star customer reviews
You know your numbers cold—and your team respects your leadership
Your COO doesn’t have to ask twice to get the full picture of what’s happening in your territory
What You Bring:
Strong leadership skills with a “lead by example” mentality
Experience managing sales and/or construction teams
KPI tracking and performance management skills
Grit, discipline, and a performance-first mindset
Roofing or home improvement background preferred, but not required

Residential Roof Inspector
Location: Frisco, TX & Surrounding Areas
Compensation: 100% Commission + Bonus

Regional Roofing is seeking a driven, sharp-eyed Roof Inspector who knows how to spot issues before they become problems—and turn inspections into income. This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses tied to quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Inspect Residential Roofs
Evaluate roofs for age, condition, and storm damage
Identify potential installation issues or structural setbacks before production
Work closely with the Project Manager to avoid rework and costly delays
Document Thoroughly
Take detailed photos of all existing conditions, damage, and problem areas
Upload findings using our internal systems or apps—no messy paperwork
Build Material Lists
Based on inspection findings, generate accurate material takeoffs for re-roofs
Ensure each project has a complete, field-tested list that production can run with
Create Estimates for Repairs & Certifications
Generate estimates for minor repairs or roof certifications (often for real estate transactions)
Certify roof condition when applicable and justify recommendations with photos and data
Work with Insurance & Claims Vendors
Partner with sales and third-party claim vendors to verify storm-related roof damage
Help push legitimate claims forward by providing clear inspections and evidence
Coordinate with Project Manager
Schedule upcoming jobs and assist with smooth handoffs between inspection and production
Your job helps prevent chaos on install day—so communication is key
How You’ll Be Paid:
Commission for each inspection, certification, or estimate that leads to a contract
Performance Bonuses for accuracy, low job error rates, and streamlined job flow
The better your inspections, the more money the team saves—and you get rewarded
Who You Are:
Experienced in roofing, construction, or property inspections
Understands residential roof systems (shingles, underlayment, decking, flashing, etc.)
Can climb a roof safely and handle documentation with speed and clarity

Prior insurance or storm restoration experience
